Tailwaggers For Life Rescue Farm started offering canine sheltering services in January 2005.
Each year, they have strived to make a difference in the Wayne County and surrounding areas.
Through many educational and outreach programs, they have increased awareness to the animal overpopulation problem that exists.
Today, they have joined forces with many of the national organizations, to make spaying or neutering animals more affordable..
